Max rep HSPU -- at least 10 reps
Max rep T2B -- at least 12 reps
For those unable to do HSPU, you'll do a max HS hold then max box HSPU

3 touch and go PC every 40s for 7 sets (4min 40s)
rest 2 min
5 tng PC every minute for 5 sets (5 min)
Notes:
Set 1 will be your heaviest set
Set 2 you will drop weight
Set 3 you will drop weight again
