Partner 1 run will run 400m run while partner 2 accumulates calories on the rower. When partner 1 returns from the run they will switch with partner 2 and start accumulating calories on the rower while partner 2 runs.  This will complete 1 round. Each partner will do each exercise 4 times.  Score is time to complete the 4 rounds and calories rowed.
