WOD 
Tabata 
3 intervals each, alternate through each exercise. So do A, then B and so on

A. Box jumps 24/20
B. Pull ups
C. Push ups
D. L Sit

Score will be the least number of reps completed in each exercise.. Do the best you can on L Sit, use rings or hang from a bar
